摘要: 近年来我国各地区积极适应时代变化，坚持新发展理念，创新发展策略，推进产业结构转型升级，由“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”转变，许多地区服务业呈现出“总量提升与比重提高并存”的特征，成为经济发展的主导产业。未来我国经济结构调整、国内外需求拉动、产业结构优化以及人民生活质量水平提升都依赖服务业的发展。服务业在发展过程中受到很多因素的影响，其中人口结构变动对其产生的影响不容忽视。人口即是服务业的消费者又是主要生产者，服务业的发展需要庞大的人口基础作为支撑，因此研究人口老龄化对服务业的影响非常有意义。本研究旨在探讨人口老龄化如何影响服务业的发展，分析人口结构变化对服务业供需、劳动力市场、以及特定服务领域需求的影响。通过实证研究，文章将提出相应的政策建议，以应对人口老龄化带来的挑战，并促进服务业的健康、稳定发展。

Abstract: In recent years, regions across China have actively adapted to the changes of the times, adhering to the concept of innovative development, developing innovative strategies, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure. The transition from an “industrial economy” to a “service economy” has been a notable trend, with many areas showing a characteristic of “increased total volume and proportion” in the service industry, becoming the leading industry in economic development. The future adjustment of China’s economic structure, the driving force of domestic and international demand, the optimization of industrial structure, and the improvement of people’s living quality levels all rely on the development of the service industry. Many factors affect the development of the service industry, among which the impact of population structure changes cannot be ignored. The population is both the consumer and the main producer of the service industry, and its development requires a large population base for support. Therefore, studying the impact of population aging on the service industry is very meaningful. This study aims to explore how population aging affects the development of the service industry, analyzing the impact of population structure changes on the supply and demand of the service industry, the labor market, and the demand for specific service areas. Through empirical research, this paper will propose corresponding policy recommendations to address the challenges brought by population aging and to promote the healthy and stable development of the service industry.
