摘要: 在我国，人口老龄化的挑战日益加剧，构成了一个紧迫的社会问题。随着岁月的流逝，老年人在身体和心理上都可能经历衰退，这不仅影响他们的健康，还可能引发经济负担等多重问题。多年来的学术调研揭示了一个重要现象：除了众所周知的人口统计学因素如年龄、性别和家庭状况外，老年人的心理健康状态，尤其是他们对老化过程的内在认知，对他们的整体福祉有着深远的影响。深入分析和整合自我感知老化的研究进展，对于推动社会的和谐与进步极为关键。通过阅读和整理相关文献，本文归纳了自我感知老化的概念、测量工具、影响因素等，并提出此研究的现状和在未来可能的发展趋势，以期为新涉足该领域的研究者提供一定参考。

Abstract: In our country, the challenge of population aging is intensifying, which constitutes an urgent social problem. As the years go by, the elderly may experience a decline both physically and psychologically, which not only affects their health, but can also trigger multiple problems such as financial burden. In addition to well-known demographic factors such as age, gender and family status, the mental health of older people, especially their internal perception of the aging process, has a profound impact on their overall well-being. In-depth analysis and integration of research progress on self-perceived aging is crucial to promoting social harmony and progress. By reading and collating relevant literature, this paper summarizes the concept, measurement tools, and influencing factors of self-perceived aging, and puts forward the current status and possible future development trends of this research, in order to provide some reference for researchers who are new to this field.
