新疆高温陶土的发现与应用研究

Discovery and Application Research of High Temperature Pottery Soil in Xinjiang

摘要: 本文通过实地考察和采样试验，在伊犁哈萨克自治州察布查尔县坎乡阿勒玛勒沟发现了高温陶土，并对其进行了全面的加工与烧制实验、陶土手工成型实验以及陶土组份检测。结果表明，不同种类的陶土具有独特的性能特点和适用范围，这些性能特点对其在陶瓷制作中的应用产生了重要影响。在此基础上，我们开展了大量的生活陶艺用品应用研究，研制出了具有实用功能和地域民族特色的新疆高温手工陶瓷生活用品，并对其应用前景进行了分析。

Abstract: This article discovered high-temperature clay in Alemarle Gou, Kan Township, Chabuchar County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture through field investigation and sampling experiments, and conducted comprehensive processing and firing experiments, clay manual forming experiments, and clay component testing on it. The results indicate that different types of clay have unique performance characteristics and applicability, which have a significant impact on their application in ceramic production. On this basis, we have conducted extensive research on the application of household ceramic products, developed Xinjiang high-temperature handmade ceramic household products with practical functions and regional ethnic characteristics, and analyzed their application prospects.
