摘要: 随着高等教育普及率的提升，高校毕业生数量激增，就业市场竞争日益激烈，毕业生就业权益保护问题成为社会关注的焦点。高校毕业生就业权益的保护不仅是个人价值的体现，也是社会和谐稳定发展的重要保障。本文旨在探讨全面依法治国背景下高校毕业生就业权益的保护现状、存在问题及解决方案，以期为促进毕业生更高质量、更充分就业提供参考。

Abstract: With the increase in the popularization rate of higher education, the number of college graduates has surged, the competition in the job market has become increasingly fierce, and the issue of the protection of the employment rights and interests of graduates has become a focus of social concern. The protection of employment rights and interests of college graduates is not only the embodiment of personal value, but also an important guarantee for the harmonious and stable development of society. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the current situation, problems and solutions of the protection of employment rights and interests of college graduates in the context of the comprehensive rule of law, with a view to providing references for the promotion of graduates’ higher quality and fuller employment.
