数字时代老龄化社会建设路径探析
Exploration into the Path of Building an Aging Society in the Digital Age
摘要: 人口老龄化已成为全球人口发展的新常态，万物互联的数字化与智能化时代亦与人口老龄化趋势相伴而至，推动全球治理进入新阶段。当前，老龄化社会建设面临老年人生理心理弱化、地域鸿沟与知识鸿沟、数字反哺失灵等问题。未来，我国可从提升数字服务效能、实施朋辈互助模式、持久助推数字反哺等方面，跨越老年数字鸿沟，助力数字时代老龄化社会建设。
Abstract: Population aging has become a new normal in global population development, and the digital and intelligent era of the Internet of Things is also accompanying the trend of population aging, promoting global governance to enter a new stage. Currently, the construction of an aging society is facing problems such as the weakened physiological and psychological well-being of the elderly, regional and knowledge gaps, and digital feedback failures. In the future, China can overcome the digital divide among the elderly and contribute to the construction of an aging society in the digital age by improving the efficiency of digital services, implementing peer assistance models, and promoting sustainable digital feedback.
