乡村振兴背景下农村老年教育的发展困境与解决路径

摘要: 农村老年教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,是可行之举,也是必行之举。发展农村老年教育不仅有利于提高农村老年人的生活质量,对加强精神文明建设、推动社会和谐稳定、助力乡村人才振兴也具有重要意义。然而,目前农村老年教育在发展中存在教育资源匮乏与分配不均、教育内容与方式不适应、老年人教育观念与参与意识薄弱等问题。因此,针对这些问题,文章提出了加大资源投入、优化分配,创新内容与方式,转变教育观念等对策,旨在为农村老年教育的发展提供思路。
Abstract: Rural elderly education is an important component of China’s education system, which is both feasible and necessary. Developing rural elderly education is not only beneficial for improving the quality of life of rural elderly people, but also of great significance for strengthening spiritual civilization construction, promoting social harmony and stability, and assisting in the revitalization of rural talents. However, there are currently problems in the development of elderly education in rural areas, such as a lack of educational resources and uneven distribution, inappropriate content and methods of education, and weak awareness of elderly education concepts and participation. Therefore, in response to these issues, this article proposes measures such as increasing resource investment, optimizing allocation, innovating content and methods, and transforming educational concepts, aiming to provide ideas for the development of rural elderly education.
