我国智慧养老的价值意蕴、现实困境及其应对策略

摘要: 智慧养老是一种新兴的养老模式，是应对我国老龄化问题的全新途径，主要包括社区智慧养老、居家智慧养老、机构智慧养老和城市智慧养老四种模式。智慧养老能够有效化解养老资源不足问题，满足老年人多样化需求，推动养老产业健康发展，并且提升现代化社会治理能力。然而，当前智慧养老面临着老年数字鸿沟、数据泄露、人才不足以及缺乏行业标准的困境。因此，需要通过提升老年人的数字素养，提高产品和服务的适老化水平，加强智慧养老人才队伍建设，健全智慧养老的制度体系等措施促进智慧养老的良性发展。

Abstract: Smart pension is a new pension model and a new way to deal with the aging problem in China, which mainly includes four modes: community smart pension, home smart pension, institution smart pension and city smart pension. Smart pension can effectively solve the problem of insufficient elderly care resources, meet the diversified needs of the elderly, promote the healthy development of the elderly care industry, and enhance the ability of modern social governance. However, at present, smart pension faces the dilemma of the elderly digital divide, data leakage, talent shortage and lack of industry standards. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the sound development of the smart pension industry by improving the digital literacy of the elderly, improving the age-appropriate level of products and services, strengthening the construction of the smart pension talent team, and improving the system of smart pension.
