乡村振兴背景下农村留守老人养老问题研究

Research on Elderly Care Issues for Left-Behind Elderly in Rural Areas under the Context of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 近年来，我国老龄化程度不断加深，其中以农村老龄化程度最为突出，农村青壮年劳动力选择进城务工，留守老人在农村的数量不断上升，他们的养老问题日益凸显。如何解决农村留守老人的养老问题成为农村老龄化的首要问题。乡村振兴战略的提出为解决农村留守老人的养老问题带来了新的方向，文章分析了当前我国农村留守老人养老现状，发现农村留守老人面临着农村医养服务水平低、农村家庭养老功能弱、农村养老经济保障不足等问题。文章提出了健全农村医疗保障、发展多样化农村养老模式、加强农村养老服务供给三条实践路径，以期解决农村留存老人养老问题。

Abstract: In recent years, the degree of aging in China has been deepening, among which the degree of aging in rural areas is the most prominent. The rural young and middle-aged labor force chooses to work in cities, and the number of left-behind elderly people in rural areas has been rising, and their pension problems have become increasingly prominent. Addressing the care needs of left-behind elderly in rural areas has become the primary issue in tackling the aging population in the countryside. The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy has brought a new direction to solve the problem of elderly care for the left-behind elderly in rural areas. This paper analyzes the current situation of elderly care for the left-behind elderly in rural areas in China and finds that the left-behind elderly in rural areas are faced with problems such as low levels of medical care service, the weak function of rural family elderly care, and insufficient economic security for rural elderly care. This paper puts forward three practical ways to improve rural medical security, develop diversified rural elderly care service models, and strengthen rural elderly care service supply, in order to solve the problem of rural elderly care.
