基于FCFF模型的以岭药业企业价值评估

Enterprise Value Evaluation of Yiling Pharmaceutical Based on FCFF Model

摘要: 医药行业一直是我国重点扶持发展的行业，随着医药行业的快速发展和市场竞争的日益激烈，对企业价值的评估显得尤为重要，本文旨在通过对以岭药业进行企业价值评估，为投资者、分析师及其他利益相关方提供参考，本文运用FCFF模型对以岭药业企业进行了价值评估。首先，基于2019~2023年的数据进行了预测，计算出2023年末以岭药业的市值，结果显示高于当时的市值。之后通过对以岭药业的环境因素和未来形势进行深入分析，证明了该模型在评估企业价值方面的有效性。

Abstract: The pharmaceutical industry has always been a key industry in China, with the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry and the increasingly fierce market competition, the evaluation of enterprise value is particularly important, this paper aims to provide reference for investors, analysts and other stakeholders through the evaluation of the enterprise value of Yiling Pharmaceutical, this paper uses the FCFF model to evaluate the value of Yiling Pharmaceutical enterprises. First of all, based on the data from 2019 to 2023, the market value of Yiling Pharmaceutical at the end of 2023 was calculated, and the results showed that it was higher than the market value at that time. Then, through an in-depth analysis of the environmental factors and future situation of Yiling Pharmaceutical, the effectiveness of the model in evaluating the value of the enterprise was proved.
