中职生自我认同感现状分析及构建路径初探
An Analysis of the Current Situation of Secondary Vocational School Students’ Self-Identity and Its Construction Path Study
摘要: 中职生作为中学生中的一个特殊群体,其自我认同感普遍低于普通高中生。在实践教学过程中发现,是由于中职生的自我同一性构建存在混乱进而导致其自我认同感偏低。研究基于在福建省X中职学校为期五个月的田野调查,发现目前中职生自我认同感偏低主要源自家长对其期望值转变、同龄人升学压力、毕业就业压力等多重原因,因此本研究从家校合作的角度出发,以期针对中职学校如何有效构建中职生自我认同感提供可行性建议与改进方案。
Abstract: As a special group of middle school students, the self-identity of secondary vocational school students is generally lower than that of ordinary high school students. In the process of practical teaching, it is found that the confusion of self-identity construction of secondary vocational school students leads to their low self-identity. Based on a five-month field survey in X secondary vocational school in Fujian Province, this study finds that the low self-identity of secondary vocational school students is mainly due to the change of parents’ expectations, the pressure of peers to enter a higher school, the pressure of graduate employment and other multiple reasons, so this study starts from the perspective of home-school cooperation, in order to provide feasible suggestions and improvement programs on how to effectively build the self-identity of secondary vocational school students.
