摘要: 在当今这个大数据与人工智能以惊人速度发展的时代背景下，法学领域正面临着一场深刻且全面的变革。研究聚焦于深入剖析这一时代浪潮对法学产生的强烈冲击，涵盖了法律关系的解构与重构、法律原则的适用困境以及法律责任界定的诸多难题。全面而深入地研究了其中蕴含的宝贵契机，例如新兴法律领域的广阔拓展、法律实践的创新突破以及国际法律合作的崭新机遇。针对个人信息保护、知识产权保护和法律监管等关键方面所面临的严峻挑战，精心提出了具有针对性和前瞻性的应对策略与合理建议。对整个研究取得的成果进行了系统的总结归纳，并对未来的研究方向进行了富有远见的展望。

Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence, the field of law is facing a profound and comprehensive change. This research focuses on the in-depth analysis of the strong impact of this era on jurisprudence, covering the deconstruction and reconstruction of legal relations, the dilemma of the application of legal principles and many difficulties in the definition of legal responsibility. A comprehensive and in-depth study of the precious opportunities contained in it, such as the broad expansion of the emerging legal field, the innovation of legal practice and the new opportunities for international legal cooperation. In view of the severe challenges faced by the key aspects of personal information protection, intellectual property protection and legal supervision, we carefully put forward targeted and forward-looking coping strategies and reasonable suggestions. The results of the whole research are summarized systematically, and the future research direction is prospected.
