多元生成与结果输出：互动仪式视域下“后真相”舆情事件的情感演进

Multiple Generation and Outcome Output: Emotional Evolution of Post-Truth Public Opinion Events in the Perspective of Interactive Rituals

摘要: 网络空间中以“情感”为核心特征的后真相舆情事件，正在成为塑造公共话语的重要力量。以互动仪式链为理论基础建构“后真相”中情感演进的分析框架，并用其解读情感互动仪式结果，可以发现，社交平台、算法推荐、媒体传播为后真相舆情事件的情感演进提供数字技术助力，重大“舆情事件”为情感吸引提供载体。在多重互动中，情感演进输出为三种结果，其中，群体符号成为情感标志，也是集体身份的象征，而情感能量则为持续的身份认同提供驱动力。立足新发展阶段，我国网络舆情治理要在把握情感演进逻辑的基础上，把握情感使用的边界，以此扎实推进网络空间治理。

Abstract: Post-truth public opinion events in cyberspace, with “emotion” as the core feature, are becoming an important force in shaping public discourse. The analysis framework of emotional evolution in “post-truth” is constructed based on the theory of interactive ritual chain, and using it to interpret the results of emotional interaction rituals, it can be found that social platforms, algorithmic recommendations, and media dissemination provide digital technology for the emotional evolution of post-truth public opinion events, and that major “public opinion events” provide a vehicle for emotional attraction. In multiple interactions, emotional evolution is outputted as three outcomes, in which group symbols become emotional signs and symbols of collective identities, while emotional energy provides the driving force for sustained identities. Based on the new development stage, China’s cyber public opinion governance should grasp the logic of emotional evolution and the boundaries of emotional use as a way to solidly promote cyberspace governance.
