Improving Teacher-Student Relationships from the Perspective of Secondary Vocational School Management

摘要: 在日益庞大的中职学校队伍中，教师作为其中的灵魂人物，无疑是引领学生走向社会和就业岗位的风向标，然而，并不是每个教师都能与学生友好相处，面面俱到的。因此，本文从学校管理的角度，分析中职师生互动的困境，提出如何构建和改善师生关系的管理办法，旨在帮助中职教师和学生拥有更加和谐的校园生活。

Abstract: In the increasingly large team of secondary vocational schools, teachers, as the soul of them, are undoubtedly the vane leading students to the society and employment positions. However, not every teacher can get along with students in an all-round way. Therefore, this paper analyzes the dilemma of secondary vocational teacher-student interaction from the perspective of school management and puts forward how to build and improve the management method of teacher-student relationship, aiming to help secondary vocational teachers and students have a more harmonious campus life.
