摘要: 如今冠心病合并焦虑抑郁状态的患者逐年递增，已受到社会各界广泛关注。该病隶属于中医胸痹伴郁证范畴。传统医学在治疗此病时有其独特优势，周亚滨教授临证时强调六经辨证，充分发挥中医药优势，多运用柴胡类方。文章介绍了胸痹伴郁证的证候特点，治法方药，附周教授临床验案，并加以分析。

Abstract: Nowadays, the number of patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression is increasing year by year, which has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. The disease belongs to the category of chest paralysis with depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of this disease, and Professor Zhou Yabin emphasized the differentiation of the six meridians and syndromes, giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and using more Bupleurum formulas. This article introduces the syndrome characteristics of chest palsy with depression syndrome, the treatment prescription, and the clinical examination of Professor Zhou, and analyzes it.
