老年自我忽视概念解析及测量工具的研究进展

摘要: 老年自我忽视(Elder Self-Neglect, ESN)是一种威胁老年人自身健康和安全的行为，是老龄化社会重要的公共卫生问题。国外对自我忽视概念及相关测量工具的研究起步较早，研究内容更加深入和全面。本文就国内外学者对老年自我忽视概念的界定及相关测量工具的特点、优势和不足进行分析，旨在为我国临床护理工作者早期识别老年自我忽视人群以及开发或引入适合国情的老年自我忽视评估工具提供借鉴。
Abstract: Elder self-neglect is a kind of behavior that threatens the health and safety of the elderly themselves, and it is an important public health problem in the aging society. Researches on the concept of self-neglect and related measurement tools started earlier in foreign countries, and have explored relevant aspects more deeply and comprehensively. This paper analyzes the definition of the concept of elder self-neglect by scholars at home and abroad and the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of related measurement tools, so as to provide a reference for clinical nurses in China to develop or introduce early identification and assessment tools for elderly self-neglect suitable for national conditions.
