VSD在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用分析

Application and Analysis of VSD in Diabetic Foot Ulcer

摘要: 目的：观察负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage, VSD)应用在糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcer, DFU)治疗的效果。方法：选取符合纳入标准的DFU患者作为研究对象，来源于安徽医科大学第二附属医院，选取时间为2023年5月~2024年5月，一共60例。依据患者的治疗方式将其分入常规治疗组(30例)和VSD治疗组(30例)。常规治疗组患者采用常规干预，VSD治疗组患者在常规治疗组基础上应用VSD治疗。统计两组患者进行治疗后的总有效率、创面的愈合时间、平均的换药次数、住院时间以及再次的感染几率，并且进行比较。结果：我们发现，两组相比，总有效率在VSD治疗组中相对较高，创面的愈合时间以及住院的时间在VSD治疗组中相对较短；并且在VSD治疗组中，平均换药的次数以及再次的感染风险相对于常规治疗组会更低，两组数据差异存在统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：对于患有DFU的病人，在常规治疗的基础上应用VSD治疗会具有更好的疗效。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer (DFU). Methods: DFU patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected as study objects from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from May 2023 to May 2024, with a total of 60 cases. Patients were divided into conventional treatment group (30 cases) and VSD treatment group (30 cases) according to their treatment methods. Patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with routine intervention, and patients in the VSD treatment group were treated with VSD on the basis of the conventional treatment group. The total effective rate, wound healing time, average number of dressing changes, length of hospital stay and re-infection rate of the two groups after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results: We found that, compared with the two groups, the total effective rate was relatively higher in the VSD group, and the wound healing time and hospital stay were relatively shorter in the VSD group. In addition, the average number of dressing changes and the risk of re-infection in the VSD treatment group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group, and the data differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with DFU, the application of VSD on the basis of conventional treatment will have a better effect.
