无痛微刺治疗小儿咳嗽的临床浅析

摘要: 小儿咳嗽是儿科临床常见疾病，其病因复杂，病症各异，而儿科又俗称为“哑科”，多由父母代述病情，增加了临床医师的辩证难度，常导致临床疗效收效不一。在治疗上，小儿咳嗽病多以内治法为主，但患儿年龄小，口服药物依从性欠佳，因此寻求简单安全有效的外治方案十分有必要。本文浅析了小儿咳嗽的病因病机，采用刘长青老师的无痛微刺针法治疗小儿咳嗽的临床验案，阐述了无痛微刺外治法治疗小儿咳嗽的理论基础，探讨了该方法在治疗小儿咳嗽病中的实用价值。

Abstract: Pediatric cough is a common clinical disease in pediatrics. Its etiology is complex and its symptoms are different. Moreover, pediatrics is also commonly known as “dumb department”. Most of the patients are represented by their parents, which increases the difficulty of dialectics for clinicians and often leads to different clinical effects. In terms of treatment, children’s cough is mostly treated by internal treatment, but the children are young and have poor compliance with oral drugs. Therefore, it is necessary to seek a simple, safe and effective external treatment scheme. This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of children’s cough, adopts the clinical experience of Liu Changqing’s painless micro acupuncture to treat children’s cough, expounds the theoretical basis of painless micro acupuncture external treatment to treat children’s cough, and discusses the practical value of this method in treating children’s cough.
