教材开发实践提升外语教师信息化教学创新能力的路径研究

Research on the Path of Teaching Materials Development Practice to Enhance Foreign Language Teachers’ Information-Based Teaching Innovation Ability

摘要: 随着教育改革的不断深入，提升外语教师的信息化教学创新能力变得尤为关键。本文通过探讨外语教材开发实践对教师信息化教学创新行为的影响，从多个维度分析提升外语教师信息化教学创新能力的策略，包括提供政策和资源支持、构建教师教材开发共同体、开展教材开发相关培训等。通过这些策略的实施，可以激发外语教师在教材开发实践中的能动性、提高教师的信息化教学水平、促进教学内容和教学方法的创新，从而提高教学质量和学生的学习成效。

Abstract: With the deepening of education reform, it has become especially crucial to enhance the infor mation-based teaching innovation ability of foreign language teachers. By exploring the impact of teaching materials development practices on teachers’ information-based teaching innovation behavior, this paper analyzes the strategies to enhance teachers’ information-based teaching innovation ability from multiple perspectives, including providing policy and resource support, building teacher communities for teaching materials development, and conducting training on teaching materials development. The implementation of these strategies contributes to the stimulation of foreign language teachers’ agency in teaching materials development, the improvement of their information-based teaching ability, as well as the innovation on teaching contents and approaches, thus improving the teaching quality and students’ learning achievements.
