教育生态学视角下专业学位研究生创新创业环境提升研究

摘要: 基于教育生态学的视角,采用问卷调查数据系统性地评估了专业学位研究生的创新创业教育环境。研究采用因子分析方法,对315份有效问卷数据进行了深入分析,分析结果显示,社会网络与创业培训、企业与金融机构支持、政府与学校支持是决定创新创业环境质量的三大核心因子。其中,社会网络与创业培训因子得分相对较低,提示在社会资源整合与创业培训质量方面存在短板;企业与金融机构支持因子得分相对较高,反映出外部资源供给有一定基础但仍需增强;而政府与学校支持因子得分最低,表明政策引导与学校资源供给亟待加强。基于此,本文提出一系列针对性措施,旨在全面提升专业学位研究生的创新创业教育环境。
Abstract: From the perspective of educational ecology, this paper systematically evaluates the innovative and entrepreneurial education environment for professionally-oriented graduate students using survey data. Utilizing factor analysis, the study delves into 315 valid questionnaire responses. The findings reveal that social networks and entrepreneurial training, support from enterprises and financial institutions, as well as support from governments and schools, constitute the three core factors determining the quality of the innovative and entrepreneurial environment. Notably, the factor related to social networks and entrepreneurial training scores relatively low, indicating deficiencies in social resource integration and the quality of entrepreneurial training. Conversely, the factor of support from enterprises and financial institutions scores relatively high, suggesting a solid foundation in external resource provision but also room for improvement. Meanwhile, the lowest score of the factor pertaining to support from governments and schools underscores the pressing need to strengthen policy guidance and school resource allocation. Consequently, this paper presents a series of targeted measures designed to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial education environment for professionally-oriented graduate students.
