基于ANSYS Workbench的电机机座有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Motor Frame Based on ANSYS Workbench
摘要: 本文研究基于SolidWorks和ANSYS对电机机座进行建模与仿真分析。通过SolidWorks建立电机机座的三维模型,再将模型导入ANSYS软件中进行有限元分析;在进行有限元分析时,确定材料特性、载荷条件等因素,对其进行网格划分,静力学分析,模态分析和谐响应分析;通过对得到的实验结果进行分析研究,确定电机机座的薄弱部分,为今后类似电机机座的设计提供参考。
Abstract: This paper investigates the modeling and simulation analysis of motor chassis based on SolidWorks and ANSYS. The 3D model of the motor frame was established by SolidWorks, and then the model was imported into ANSYS software for finite element analysis. The material characteristics, load conditions and other factors are determined, and the grid division, static analysis, modal analysis and harmonious response analysis are carried out. Through the analysis of the experimental results obtained, the weak part of the motor frame is determined, which provides reference for the design of similar motor frame in the future.
