摘要: 当下的托育机构多诞生于二胎政策出台后的2015~2024年，行业的规范各个城市陆续出台于2018年以后，随着过去从野蛮生长到逐渐规范的过程中，经历了市场、政策和疫情的多维度考验，托育机构的发展也面临一些困境。希望通过本研究探寻托育机构发展所切实面临的问题，找到托育机构较好的组织形态、运营方式和发展方向，提出行之有效的解决思路和方案，为托育行业能有更多更好的托位供应提供经验，为托育机构的发展提供更多决策依据和信息参考，也希望为促进整个托育行业的快速发展，为提升婴幼儿早期发展服务作出绵薄贡献。

Abstract: Most of the current childcare institutions were born in 2015~2024 after the introduction of the two-child policy, and the norms of the industry were introduced in various cities after 2018. With the process of growing from barbarism to gradual standardization in the past, it has experienced the multidimensional test of market, policy and epidemic, and the development of childcare institutions is also facing some difficulties. Through this study, we hope to explore the practical problems faced by the development of childcare institutions, find out the better organizational form, operation mode and development direction of childcare institutions, propose effective solutions and schemes, provide experience for the childcare industry to have more and better provision of childcare places, and provide more decision-making basis and information reference for the development of childcare institutions. It is also hoped to promote the rapid development of the entire childcare industry and make a modest contribution to improving early infant development services.
