A Brief Discussion on Traditional Chinese Medicine Diet Therapy for Anti-Aging

摘要: 中医食疗养生融合了传统中医药知识和饮食文化习惯，是中医药文化的重要组成部分。食疗美容简便易行，寓美于养，易于坚持，对美容养生以及抗衰老具有重要意义。文章主要从中医对衰老的认识、食疗的内涵及源流、食疗美容抗衰的优势和依据以及常见食疗方的列举三个方面对中医食疗抗衰老进行论述，以帮助人们认识、应用中医食疗法进行养生美容。

Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine food therapy health integration of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and food culture habits, is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Food therapy beauty is simple and easy, it is easy to maintain, and it is of great significance for beauty health and anti-aging.
