积极老龄化视角下农村互助养老模式的现状和优化路径研究

Research on the Current Status and Optimization Paths of Rural Mutual Support Elderly Care Models from the Perspective of Active Aging

摘要: 随着我国的老龄化程度不断加深，老年人口占总人口的比重在逐渐增长。城镇化的快速发展，大量农村青壮年劳动力向城市流动，农村老年人的养老需求也逐年增加。本文从积极老龄化的参与、保障和健康三个维度入手，结合农村互助养老模式的现状，研究了积极老龄化视角下的农村互助养老模式的优化路径，并提出了革新观念，提高认可度和参与意识、拓展资金渠道，保障高效运行和实现供需匹配，促进健康养老的路径。将积极老龄化理论与农村互助养老模式相结合，能够满足农村老年人的养老需要，推动农村互助养老模式的发展。

Abstract: As China’s population ages at an accelerating rate, the proportion of elderly people in the total population is steadily increasing. The rapid urbanization process has led to a massive outflow of working-age labor from rural to urban areas, consequently heightening the elderly care needs in rural communities. This paper examines the rural mutual elderly care model from the perspectives of active aging participation, social security, and healthcare. Drawing on the current status of the rural mutual elderly care model, it investigates the optimization pathways for this model under the active aging framework. Specifically, it proposes measures such as renewing mindsets, enhancing social recognition and participation awareness, diversifying financing channels, ensuring operational efficiency and demand-supply alignment, as well as promoting healthy aging. By integrating the active aging theory with the rural mutual elderly care model, this study aims to address the eldercare needs of the rural elderly population and drive the development of the rural mutual elderly care model.
