研发投资与企业数字创新——知识产权保护的调节作用

R&D Investment and Enterprise Digital Innovation—The Moderating Role of Intellectual Property Protection

摘要: 在数字经济蓬勃发展的时代背景下，工业化展现出了与传统模式截然不同的新特质和发展动向。促进制造业向数字化方向转型，使数字技术与制造业深层次融合，已成为塑造全新发展格局、推动我国经济实现高质量跃升的核心驱动力。本文以2015~2022年我国A股高技术制造业中的757家上市公司为研究样本，研究了研发投资对其数字创新能力的影响。研究表明：第一，研发投资显著促进企业的数字创新能力；第二，知识产权保护水平在研发投资和数字实质性创新之间起到负向调节作用，而对研发投资和数字策略性创新之间的关系无显著影响。本文为我国制造业企业的数字技术发展和政策环境改变提供了一定的启示。

Abstract: In the context of the booming digital economy, industrialization has shown new characteristics and development trends that are completely different from the traditional model. Promoting the transformation of the manufacturing industry to the digital direction, so that the deep integration of digital technology and manufacturing industry has become the core driving force to shape a new development pattern and promote China’s economy to achieve a high-quality jump. This paper takes 757 listed enterprises in China’s A-share high-tech manufacturing industry from 2015 to 2022 as research samples to study the impact of R&D investment on their digital innovation capability. The results show that: first, R&D investment significantly promotes the digital innovation capability of enterprises; second, the level of intellectual property protection has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between R&D investment and digital substantive innovation, but has no significant effect on the relationship between R&D investment and digital strategic innovation. This article provides a certain enlightenment for digital technology development and change of policy environment of our country’s manufacturing enterprises.
