摘要: 人口老龄化是当前全球共同面临的问题之一，对我国农业生产与发展产生深远影响。在这一背景下，挖掘更多的农业人才将是实现乡村振兴、推动农业现代化的重要力量，因此，如何推动新型职业农民的培育，成为亟需解决的关键问题。研究表明，目前新型职业农民培育存在政策支持不足、培训内容流于教材以及培训方式单一的问题。因此，提出以下对策：强化地方培育主体的角色，优化资源配置；结合地方特色产业，深化培育教材更新；丰富地方培训方式，满足农民多样化需求。

Abstract: The aging of population is one of the common problems in the world, which has a profound effect on agricultural production and development in China. In this context, mining more agricultural talents will be an important force to achieve rural revitalization and promote agricultural modernization. Therefore, how to promote the cultivation of New-type Professional Farmers has become a key issue that needs to be solved urgently. Research shows that there are some problems in the cultivation of new professional farmers, such as insufficient policy support, teaching materials and simple training methods. Therefore, the following countermeasures are proposed: strengthen the role of local cultivation subjects, optimize resource allocation; Combine with local characteristic industries, deepen the cultivation of teaching materials update; We will diversify local training methods to meet the diverse needs of farmers.
