电商时代资本逻辑的重构与其市场力量
The Reconstruction of Capital Logic in the E-Commerce Era and Its Market Power
摘要: 数字技术的发展和应用催生了新型的数字资本形式,本文探讨了在电子商务迅猛发展的背景下,资本逻辑的新形式与其市场力量的深刻变革。本文分析了传统资本逻辑的核心概念和运行机制,指出其在数字经济时代面临的挑战和局限性。揭示了电商时代资本逻辑的新特征,如数据驱动、网络效应、平台经济等,这些特征重塑了资本积累、分配和增值的方式,促进了新的商业模式和市场结构的形成。大型电商平台通过掌握海量用户数据和算法技术,构建了强大的市场控制力,影响商品定价、消费者行为。最后,本文提出面对电商时代资本逻辑的重构,需要建立更加公平、透明的市场规则,保障消费者权益,以促进数字经济健康可持续发展。
Abstract: The development and application of digital technology have given birth to new forms of digital capital. This paper discusses the new forms of capital logic and the profound changes of its market power under the background of the rapid development of e-commerce. This paper analyzes the core concept and operation mechanism of traditional capital logic, and points out its challenges and limitations in the era of digital economy. It reveals the new features of capital logic in the era of e-commerce, such as data-driven, network effect, platform economy, etc. These features reshape the way of capital accumulation, distribution and value-added, and promote the formation of new business models and market structures. By mastering massive user data and algorithm technology, large e-commerce platforms have built a strong market control, affecting commodity pricing and consumer behavior. Finally, in the face of the reconstruction of capital logic in the era of e-commerce, it is necessary to establish more fair and transparent market rules to protect the rights and interests of consumers, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the digital economy.
