摘要: 在新时代背景下，随着社会的发展，我国未成年人犯罪事件呈现出新的态势。探索一条未成年人专门教育的发展路径尤为重要。本文在司法数据资源的基础上，对我国未成年人犯罪的现状进行量化分析，旨在从未成年人犯罪的数量与特征两个维度，客观分析当下未成年人犯罪的发展趋势。本文从个人心理、家庭氛围、学校教育、社会环境等层面，深入剖析未成年人犯罪行为的成因。同时，根据当前的社会发展趋势，深入探究怎样才能通过加强社会治理、优化家庭教育、完善学校教育体系以及促进未成年人全面健康发展等措施，有效预防未成年人犯罪，促进未成年人全面健康快乐发展。

Abstract: Under the background of the new era, with the development of society, the juvenile crime incident in our country has taken on a new trend. It is particularly important to explore a development path of special education for minors. On the basis of judicial data resources, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the current situation of juvenile crime in our country, aiming at objectively analyzing the development trend of juvenile crime from two dimensions: the quantity and characteristics of juvenile crime. This paper analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency from the aspects of individual psychology, family atmosphere, school education and social environment. At the same time, in light of current social development trends, it is essential to explore how to effectively prevent juvenile delinquency and promote the overall, healthy, and happy development of minors through measures such as strengthening social governance, optimizing family education, improving the school education system, and promoting the comprehensive development of young people.
