黔东南天柱侗族油茶饮用习俗探析

Study on the Drinking Customs of Oil Tea of Dong Nationality in Tianzhu, Qiandongnan

摘要: 油茶是侗族地区一个传统和典型的饮食习俗，在天柱侗族人民生活中具有重要地位。侗族油茶作为当地特色文化，承载着丰富的历史和民俗传统。通过实地调查与访谈，文章分析了油茶食俗源起，制作工艺、食用方式以及与侗族民间信仰、节庆、礼仪等文化要素之间的关系。研究发现，油茶饮用习俗在天柱侗族地区具有广泛的社会功能和深厚的文化内涵，对油茶习俗的文化内涵进行探究，为侗族油茶文化的传承和发展提供帮助。

Abstract: Oil tea is a traditional and typical food custom in the Dong ethnic area, which plays an important role in the life of Dong people in Tianzhu. As a local characteristic of the culture, Dong ethnic oil tea has a rich history and folk tradition. Through field investigation and interview, this paper analyzes the origin, production process, eating way of oil tea, and the relationship between Dong folk beliefs, festivals, etiquette and other cultural elements. It is found that the drinking custom of oil tea has a wide range of social functions and profound cultural connotations in the Dong area of Tianzhu. Exploring the cultural connotation of oil tea customs can provide assistance for the inheritance and development of Dong oil tea culture.
