摘要: 当前很多应用型本科院校的校企合作已经开展了各种类型的实践活动，取得了一定的成果，但同时也存在不少需要解决的问题和挑战。探讨高校与企业合作的方式，主要从现状、存在的问题以及改进与建议等方面进行了深入的分析。希望对同类型应用型本科院校的校企合作的优化，能起到参考和借鉴的作用。

Abstract: Currently, many applied undergraduate colleges have carried out various types of practical activities through school-enterprise cooperation, achieving certain results, but at the same time, there are also many urgent problems and challenges that need to be solved. We conducted an in-depth analysis of the ways of cooperation between universities and enterprises, mainly from the aspects of the current situation, existing problems, improvement and suggestions. I hope the optimization of school-enterprise cooperation in similar application-oriented undergraduate colleges can serve as a reference and inspiration.
