杭州市旅游教育与旅游产业的耦合发展研究

A Study on the Coupling Development of Tourism Education and Tourism Industry in Hangzhou City

摘要: 产教融合是当前教育和产业发展的重要趋势，旅游产业与旅游教育的耦合发展是对旅游产业发展需要和旅游专业人才培养需要的主动回应。作为浙江省省会的杭州，因其教育业和旅游业发展的优良态势，旅游产业与旅游教育发展的耦合互动表征显著。从健全旅游行业规范、实现产学高效合作、实行双重教育评估、融合各类教育课程、改变行业认知偏差五个维度提出对策，推动旅游教育与旅游产业的耦合效应向纵深发展。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is an important trend in the current development of education and industry, and the coupling development of tourism industry and tourism education is an active response to the needs of the development of the tourism industry and the needs of the cultivation of tourism professionals. As the capital of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou, due to the excellent development of its education industry and tourism industry, the coupling and interaction between its tourism industry and tourism education development is characterized significantly. Countermeasures are proposed from five dimensions, namely, sound tourism industry norms, realizing efficient cooperation between industry and university, implementing dual education assessment, integrating various education courses, and changing the cognitive bias of the industry, so as to promote the coupling effect of tourism education and the tourism industry to develop in a deeper and deeper way.
