摘要: 随着互联网技术的普及与发展，电子商务以强劲的势头快速健康发展，在我国经济中体现出极强的活力。其作为影响消费的最高效途径，电子商务绿色发展应运而生，研究和讨论如何推动电子商务绿色转型带动居民绿色消费行为，助力我国经济可持续绿色发展，具有一定现实意义。绿色金融与电子商务绿色发展二者紧密结合发展或能形成事半功倍的双赢局面。因此，本文围绕电子商务绿色发展与绿色金融两个主题，分析和讨论电子商务绿色发展的现状与困境，进一步探讨绿色金融是否能在电子商务领域发挥关键作用以及其发挥作用的有效途径，旨在为绿色金融助力电子商务有效绿色发展，从而推动绿色消费的普及和深化，最终实现经济、社会和环境的可持续发展目标提供可能的理论参考。

Abstract: With the popularization and development of Internet technology, e-commerce develops rapidly and healthily with a strong momentum, showing strong vitality in our economy. As the most efficient way to influence consumption, the green development of e-commerce came into being. Studying and discussing how to promote the green transformation of e-commerce to drive the green consumption behavior of residents, help the sustainable green development of China’s economy, has certain practical significance. The close combination of green finance and the green development of e-commerce may result in a win-win situation. Therefore, this paper focuses on the two themes of green development of e-commerce and green finance, analyzes and discusses the current situation and dilemma of green development of e-commerce, and further discusses whether green finance can play a key role in the field of e-commerce as well as the effective ways to play its role, aiming to help green finance promote the effective green development of e-commerce, so as to promote the popularization and deepening of green consumption and to provide possible theoretical reference for the ultimate realization of economic, social and environmental sustainable development goals.
