转向与成效:高质量发展背景下职业教育创新实践——基于PDCA循环教学法
Turning Points and Outcomes: Innovative Practices in Vocational Education under the Background of High-Quality Development—Based on the PDCA Cycle Teaching Method
摘要: “三教”改革是强化职业教育与经济社会发展需求契合度,是推动职业教育实现高质量跃升的核心策略。在“三教”改革和高质量发展背景下,新时代职业教育需要从产业转型升级、教育类型定位和教学方法改革的发展转向出发,实现“三教”改革与职业教育创新实践的协同发展。本研究采用目的性取样方法,选取C市Y职教学校作为案例研究对象,深入分析了该校实施PDCA循环教学法的职业教育创新实践。通过定量问卷调查和定性访谈相结合的方式,本研究收集了教师和学生的反馈数据,以评估PDCA循环教学法对教学效果的影响。数据分析结果表明,PDCA循环教学法显著提高了教师的教学实施能力和学生的学习成效,为职业教育的教学改革提供了理论支持。
Abstract: The “Triple Teaching” reform is a core strategy for strengthening the alignment between vocational education and the demands of economic and social development, and it is essential for promoting a high-quality leap in vocational education. In the context of the “Triple Teaching” reform and high-quality development, vocational education in the new era must shift towards the development of industrial transformation and upgrading, educational positioning, and teaching method reform, achieving a synergistic development of “Triple Teaching” reform and innovative practices in vocational education. This study employs purposive sampling, using Y Vocational Education School in City C as a case study to describe and analyze the exploration of innovative practices in vocational education based on the PDCA cycle teaching method. Through a combination of quantitative questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews, this study collected feedback data from teachers and students to evaluate the impact of the PDCA cycle teaching method on teaching effectiveness. The data analysis results indicate that the PDCA cycle teaching method significantly enhances teachers’ teaching implementation capabilities and students’ learning outcomes, providing theoretical support for the educational reform in vocational education.
