摘要: 欠矫及屈光回退是飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(small incision lenticule extraction, SMILE)术后并发症之一,会因视力达不到预期目标而影响手术效果和术后视觉质量。文章对SMILE术后欠矫及屈光回退的手术治疗方法进行了归纳总结,以便为SMILE术后欠矫及屈光回退的患者提供更多手术的选择方法,为屈光科医生提供更多临床手术思路。
Abstract: Undercorrection and refractive regression are one of the postoperative complications of femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE), which will affect the surgical effect and postoperative visual quality because the vision can not reach the expected goal. This article summarizes the surgical treatment methods of undercorrection and refractive regression after SMILE, in order to provide more surgical options for patients with undercorrection and refractive regression after SMILE and provide more clinical surgical ideas for refractive surgeons.
