Improvement of the Maternity Insurance System under the “Three-Child” Policy

摘要: 生育保险制度自其设立以来经过了几次转型，为参保主体的生育权益保障提供了强有力的支持。但由于经济发展和政策调整较快，生育保险制度存在的滞后性导致其存在立法性不高、覆盖范围不全、待遇内容不适当等一系列问题。在“三孩”政策推行之下，生育保险制度也应当与时相偶，在制度设计与立法上不断完善，为“三孩”政策的贯彻落实添砖加瓦。

Abstract: Since its establishment, the maternity insurance system has undergone several transformations, providing strong support for the protection of the maternity rights and interests of insured subjects. However, due to rapid economic development and policy adjustments, the maternity insurance system has lagged behind, leading to a series of problems such as poor legislation, incomplete coverage, and inappropriate treatment. With the implementation of the “three-child” policy, the maternity insurance system should also keep pace with the times and continuously improve its system design and legislation, so as to contribute to the implementation of the “three-child” policy.
