行动者网络理论视角下弥合老年数字鸿沟现状及路径研究

Research on the Current Situation and Path of Bridging the Digital Divide of the Elderly from the Perspective of Actor Network Theory

摘要: 受老龄化和身体素质影响，老年人在面对数字技术时常处于“不想用、不敢用、不会用”状态，进而产生老年数字鸿沟问题。近年来我国采取了多种措施来弥合这一数字鸿沟，但仍存在许多问题。故基于行动者网络理论，通过分析“问题呈现、利益赋予、征召和动员”环节状态，剖析老年群体在数字技术融入过程中的转译困境及其偏移原因。研究提出从制度优化、结构调整和主体整合三个维度出发，锚定转译愿景、激活行动者主体能动性以及强化转译合力，为解决老年数字鸿沟问题提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract: Affected by aging and physical fitness, the elderly are often in a state of “not wanting to use, not daring to use, and not knowing how to use” in the face of digital technology, which in turn leads to the problem of the digital divide among the elderly. In recent years, China has taken a variety of measures to bridge this digital divide, but many problems remain. Therefore, based on the actor network theory, this paper analyzes the status of “problem presentation, benefit granting, recruitment and mobilization” to analyze the translation dilemma of the elderly group in the process of digital technology integration and the reasons for its deviation. The study proposes to anchor the vision of translation, activate the initiative of actors, and strengthen the synergy of translation from the three dimensions of system optimization, structural adjustment and subject integration, so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for solving the problem of the digital divide of the elderly.
