浅谈农村养老机构现实困境与优化路径

Discussion on the Practical Dilemma and Optimization Path of Rural Pension Institutions

摘要: 2024年4月30日，中国社科院社会科学文献出版社共同发布《农村绿皮书：中国农村经济形势分析与预测(2023~2024)》。从宏观及微观层面对我国当下农村养老现实问题进行深层次剖析，总体上农村的基本社会养老保险制度仍不够完善，相应保障水平不高，较当下的生活水平仍存在较大差距，全国各省份的发放标准更是存在天壤差别。本文主要尝试从其背后形成的经济原因、市场化养老机构运行等要素进行分析和阐述，并提出可行性的优化路径。

Abstract: On April 30, 2024, the Social Sciences Literature Press of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences jointly released the “Rural Green Book: Analysis and Forecast of China’s Rural Economic Situation (2023~2024)”. From a macro and micro perspective, a deep analysis of the current rural elderly care reality in China reveals that the basic social pension insurance system in rural areas is still not perfect, and the corresponding level of protection is not high. There is still a significant gap compared to the current living standards, and the distribution standards in various provinces across the country vary greatly. This article mainly attempts to analyze and elaborate on the economic, market and other factors behind it, and propose feasible optimization paths.
