Report of Two Cases of Rhinoscleroma

摘要: 鼻硬结病是一种少见的上呼吸道进行性慢性肉芽肿性疾病，其临床症状的不典型性，容易造成误诊，准确的病理学诊断尤为重要，特征性的米库利兹细胞有助于病理诊断。现报道我科近年确诊的两例鼻硬结病，探讨其病理特征及鉴别诊断，以提高临床病理医师对其的认识，避免误诊。

Abstract: Rhinoscleroma is a rare progressive chronic granulomatous disease of the upper respiratory tract. Its atypical clinical symptoms are easy to cause misdiagnosis. Accurate pathological diagnosis is particularly important. Characteristic Mikulicz cells are helpful for pathological diagnosis. We now report two cases of rhinoscleroma confirmed in our department in recent years, and discuss the pathological characteristics and differential diagnosis, so as to improve the understanding of clinical pathologists and avoid misdiagnosis.
