复合型韩语人才的培养探索与研究
Exploration and Research on the Cultivation of Comprehensive Korean Talents
摘要: 随着全球经济一体化的深入发展与国际交流的频繁加剧，对复合型韩语人才的需求呈现出井喷式增长。本文深入剖析了新经济发展背景下复合型韩语人才的内涵与多元化需求，全面审视了当前韩语人才培养体系中存在的主要问题，并据此提出了一系列创新性的培养策略。旨在通过系统性的改革与提升，为高校韩语教育培养出更多既精通韩语语言技能，又具备跨学科知识结构和国际视野的复合型韩语人才，以更好地服务于国家对外开放战略与国际交流合作的需求。
Abstract: With the deepening of global economic integration and the frequent intensification of international exchanges, the demand for composite Korean talents has exploded. This paper analyzes the connotation and diversified needs of composite Korean talents in the background of new economic development, comprehensively reviews the main problems in the current Korean talent cultivation system, and puts forward a series of innovative cultivation strategies accordingly. The aim is to cultivate more composite Korean talents with proficient Korean language skills and cross-disciplinary knowledge structure and international vision through systematic reform and improvement, so as to better serve the needs of the country’s open strategy and international exchanges and cooperation.
