农村老龄化与家庭养老功能变迁研究

Research on Rural Aging and the Changes of Family Pension Function

摘要: 随着中国社会经济的发展和人口结构的变化，农村地区的老龄化问题日益凸显。年轻劳动力不断向城市迁移，农村家庭的传统养老模式受到了冲击，家庭内部的代际支持功能减弱，老年人的生活照料和精神慰藉需求难以得到充分满足。此外，农村地区的公共服务设施相对落后，社会化养老服务体系建设滞后，进一步加剧了家庭养老的压力。针对上述问题，本文提出了强化家庭养老的作用、完善农村社会保障体系建设、促进社区养老服务发展、等一系列对策建议，以期为农村养老问题提供理论依据和实践指导，推动农村地区构建更加完善的养老体系，让农村老年人能够安享幸福晚年。

Abstract: With the development of China’s social economy and changes in the population structure, the aging problem in rural areas is becoming increasingly prominent. Young labor forces are constantly migrating to cities, and the traditional pension model of rural families has been impacted. The intergenerational support function within families has weakened, and the needs of the elderly for life care and spiritual comfort are difficult to fully meet. In addition, public service facilities in rural areas are relatively backward, and the construction of a socialized pension service system lags behind, further exacerbating the pressure on family pension. In response to the above problems, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the role of family pension, improving the construction of rural social security system, and promoting the development of community pension services, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for rural pension issues, promote the construction of a more complete pension system in rural areas, and enable rural elderly people to enjoy a happy old age formats.
