共享视角下中小企业法律服务策略研究

Research on Legal Service Strategies for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises from the Perspective of Sharing

摘要: 中小企业在经营和发展过程中面临诸多法律风险，需要专业化的法律服务护航，但受其自身人力、物力、财力的限制，绝大多数中小企业无法配置专业法务人员或聘请法律顾问，难以获得全面专业精准的法律服务。文章以中小企业法律服务为调研对象，分析中小企业经营发展中面临的内外部法律风险，总结国内中小企业共享法律服务发展现状，从司法行政机关、中小企业、法律服务机构三个层面提出完善中小企业共享法律服务的策略，提升中小企业应对法律风险的能力。

Abstract: In the process of operation and development, small and medium-sized enterprises face many legal risk and need professional legal services. However, due to the limitations of their own human, material and financial resources, the vast majority of small and medium-sized enterprises cannot allocate professional legal personnel or hire legal advisers, and it is difficult to obtain comprehensive professional and accurate legal services. Taking legal services of small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, this paper analyzes the internal and external legal risks faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in their operation and development, summarizes the development status of shared legal services of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward strategies to improve the sharing of legal services of small and medium-sized enterprises from the three levels of judicial administrative organs, small and medium-sized enterprises and legal service organizations, so as to improve the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises to cope with legal risks.
