MBTI在高校管理会计课程分组讨论中的运用探究

摘要: 文章主要基于学校开展的微教改项目，通过把MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)个体性格类型评估运用到高校管理会计课程的分组讨论中，根据课堂记录对学生个体差异、学生与教学方式的适配性进行评估，以期解决课堂上的实际问题，提升教学效果，为高校不同学科和领域的教学改革提供参考，并从微观层面实施差异教育的探究。
Abstract: Based on the teaching reform program in the university, this article assesses the individual differences of students and the adaptability of students to teaching methods by applying MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) to the group discussion of management accounting course in universities. It aims to solve the existing problems in class, improve the teaching effect, provide reference for teaching reform in different disciplines and fields in universities, and explore the implementation of differentiated education from the micro-level.
