Java Web项目实践课教学改革探索与实践——“知识–能力–素质”三位一体教学方法
Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform of Java Web Project Practice Course—“Knowledge-Ability-Quality” Trinity Teaching Method
摘要: 针对Java Web课程实践教学的现状和不足,分析了产业发展对复合型IT人才“知识–能力–素质”培养的要求。提出基于真实项目驱动的教学改革方案,采用情境式项目导入、小组协作开发、教师引导和点评等教学策略,引导学生在真实项目情境中主动构建知识体系,提升技术应用和问题解决能力。同时,将职业素养融入项目实践全过程考核,促进学生系统思维、团队协作、创新意识等职业素质的养成。教学实践表明,该教学模式有效提高了学生的学习兴趣和实践能力,为培养符合产业需求的高素质应用型IT人才探索了有效路径。
Abstract: In light of the current state and shortcomings of practical teaching in Java Web courses, this paper analyzes the requirements for cultivating “knowledge-ability-quality” in interdisciplinary IT talent demanded by industry development. A teaching reform plan driven by real projects is proposed, employing teaching strategies such as situational project introduction, group collaborative development, teacher guidance, and feedback. These strategies aim to guide students in actively constructing their knowledge systems within real project contexts, thereby enhancing their technical application and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, professional qualities are integrated into the entire process of project practice assessment to foster the development of students’ systematic thinking, teamwork, and innovative awareness. Teaching practice has shown that this teaching model effectively increases students’ learning interest and practical ability, exploring an effective path for cultivating high-quality, application-oriented IT talent that meets industry demands.
