Abstract: In the context of the new era, higher requirements are placed on the professional ethics cultivation of university teachers. This paper explores the current situation of professional ethics cultivation of university teachers, analyzes the existing problems, and proposes corresponding improvement paths based on these issues. It delves into the importance of professional ethics cultivation of university teachers and how to strengthen the construction of a long-term mechanism for professional ethics cultivation of university teachers in the new era, especially in the context of the “Internet+” era. It also summarizes various ways to enhance the professional ethics cultivation of university teachers, aiming to provide reference for the construction of professional ethics of university teachers.
