铜陵市D社区老年助餐食堂可持续发展研究

摘要: 本文探讨了铜陵市老年助餐食堂的可持续发展路径，指出在老龄化背景下，老年助餐食堂虽有效缓解了老年人“吃饭难”问题，但面临收支平衡困难、初期投入大、管理效率低及工作人员不稳定等困境。为解决这些问题，可以通过混业经营提升盈利率，整合社会资源降低建设成本，完善食堂权责管理体系，以及加强员工队伍建设。本研究为社区老年助餐食堂的可持续发展提供了理论支撑和实践指导，有助于构建更加完善的社区养老服务体系。

Abstract: This paper discusses the sustainable development path of assisted dining canteen for the elderly in Tongling City. It points out that in the background of aging, although the assisted dining canteen for the elderly can effectively alleviate the problem of “difficult to eat”, it faces difficulties such as difficult balance of income and expenditure, large initial investment, low management efficiency and unstable staff. In order to solve these problems, we can improve the profit rate through mixed operation, integrate social resources to reduce construction costs, improve the canteen authority and responsibility management system, and strengthen the construction of staff. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of community assisted dining canteens for the elderly, and helps to build a more perfect community service system for the elderly.
