摘要: 随着经济的发展和社会需求的变化，技能型社会逐渐成为现代社会发展的重要方向。在这一背景下，1 + X证书制度作为技能型人才培养的重要途径之一，其有效性和适应性受到广泛关注。文章将探讨1 + X证书制度在技能型社会建设中的作用及其提升路径，分析现状、存在问题以及未来发展方向，以期为政策制定者和教育实践者提供参考。
Abstract: With the development of the economy and changes in social demands, a skill based society has gradually become an important direction for the development of modern society. In this context, the 1 + X certificate system, as one of the important ways to cultivate skilled talents, has received widespread attention for its effectiveness and adaptability. This article will explore the role and improvement path of the 1 + X certificate system in the construction of a skilled society, analyze the current situation, existing problems, and future development directions, in order to provide reference for policy makers and education practitioners.
