居住安排对农村老年家庭土地流转行为的影响研究——基于“农村经营形态”全国调查数据库的实证分析

The Effect of Living Arrangement on Rural Elderly Families’ Land Transfer—Empirical Analysis Based on the National Survey Database of “Rural Management Form”

摘要: 本研究基于2024年华中师范大学“农村经营形态”全国调查数据，探讨了居住安排与农村老年家庭土地流转行为之间的关系。数据样本涵盖全国各地农村家庭，通过选取数据库相应板块内符合研究对象身份特性的1911份有效问卷进行实证分析。研究发现，与子女同住的老年人依赖其劳动力支持和家庭内部资源的优化决策，更倾向于将土地流转出去。相比之下，独居或与配偶居住的老年人因缺乏劳动力支持和经济独立性，更倾向于保留土地。未来，建议有关部门需要强化社会保障措施，构建一套高效策略体系，以确保在代际共居这一深植传统的家庭模式中，既能巩固家庭和谐与亲情的纽带，又能确保老年人土地权益的稳固与不可侵犯，进一步促进乡村振兴战略的实施。

Abstract: Based on the 2024 national survey data of Central China Normal University, this study explores the influence of residential arrangements on the land transfer behavior of rural elderly families. The study obtained empirical materials through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The sample covered rural families all over the country and collected 1911 valid questionnaires in the corresponding sections that met the identity characteristics of the research subjects. It is found that older people living with their children are more inclined to transfer land, relying on their labor support and optimized decisions within family resources. In contrast, older adults who live alone or live with their spouse are more likely to retain land due to lack of workforce support and economic independence. In the future, the government needs to strengthen the social security measures and build a set of efficient strategy system to ensure that the traditional family model, which can not only consolidate the bond between family harmony and affection, but also ensure the stability and inviolability of the land rights and interests of the elderly, further promote the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country.
