老龄化背景下我国社区养老服务的供需研究

Research on the Supply and Demand of Community Elderly Care Services in China under the Background of Aging

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化加剧，社会养老服务需求逐渐增加，社区养老服务成为解决老年人养老问题的重要途径。本文基于对我国老龄化背景下社区养老服务供需状况的分析，借助社会支持理论，探讨了社区养老服务供给和需求两方面存在的问题，从政府、社区参与主体提出了以老年人需求为导向，加强社区养老服务设施建设，培养专业服务人才，提高服务质量等策略建议，旨在促进我国社区养老服务的健康发展，减轻家庭养老的负担，从多方面给予老年人及家庭更多的社会支持。

Abstract: With the intensification of population aging in China and the gradual increase in the demand for social pension services, community pension services have become an important way to solve the problem of elderly care for the elderly. Based on the analysis of the supply and demand of community pension services in the context of aging in China, this paper discusses the problems existing in the supply and demand of community pension services with the help of social support theory, and puts forward strategic suggestions such as strengthening the construction of community pension service facilities, cultivating professional service talents, and improving service quality from the perspective of the government and community participation, aiming to promote the healthy development of community pension services in China, reduce the burden of family pension, and give more social support to the elderly and their families from various aspects.
