Constructing the Principle of Justice in Lao-Zhuang’s Ideal Society

摘要: 老庄思想产生于中国古代的特殊时期，其中所蕴含的正义原则，包括理想社会的自然原则、社会生产和生活的无欲原则、社会公共权力运行的无为原则、社会利益分配的平均原则，深刻影响了后世社会制度的构建。从体系化的理想社会中解构出构建理想社会的主要原则，此类理想原则对指导我们现实社会制度的进一步构建具有启发与借鉴作用，对社会制度正义性的构建具有一定的影响。

Abstract: Lao-Zhuang Thought was born in a special period in ancient China. The principles of justice embedded in it include the natural principle of an ideal society, the principle of non-desire in social production and life, the principle of inaction in the operation of public power in society, and the principle of equal distribution of social interests. Lao-Zhuang Thought has profoundly influenced the construction of the social system of later generations, and it still has a certain influence on the construction of the justice of the social system today.
