数字转型视域下乡村教育均等化体系构建研究
Research on the Construction of Rural Education Equalization System from the Perspective of Digital Transformation
摘要: 乡村教育均等化是教育公平的重要基石,也是乡村振兴发展的关键,而数字中国建设和教育数字化转型为其实现和发展提供了良好契机。数字转型视域下,乡村教育均等化对于促进教育公平、推动乡村经济社会发展、助力乡村振兴战略、提高国民整体素质以及应对数字鸿沟挑战等方面都具有重要的时代意义。当前乡村教育存在基础设施建设不足、教育资源配置不均、师资条件及数字素养不足、政策及资金支持不足、数字鸿沟扩大等困境。本研究不仅关注政策制度导向,更重视技术应用、资源配置、师资培养、教育模式创新、学生发展等的提升与融合,以期为教育公平与乡村振兴贡献力量,促进数字时代乡村教育均等化的发展。
Abstract: The equalization of rural education is an important cornerstone of educational equity and a key factor in rural revitalization and development. The construction of Digital China and the digital transformation of education provide a good opportunity for its realization and development. From the perspective of digital transformation, equalization of rural education is of great significance in promoting educational equity, advancing rural economic and social development, supporting rural revitalization strategies, improving overall national quality, and addressing the challenges of the digital divide. Currently, rural education faces challenges such as insufficient infrastructure construction, uneven allocation of educational resources, inadequate teacher conditions and digital literacy, insufficient policy and funding support, and widening digital divide. This study not only focuses on policy and institutional guidance, but also attaches great importance to the improvement and integration of technology application, resource allocation, teacher training, educational model innovation, student development, etc., in order to contribute to educational equity and rural revitalization, and promote the equal development of rural education in the digital age.
