基于平衡计分卡的快递企业绩效评价研究——以顺丰公司为例

Research on Performance Evaluation of Express Enterprises Based on Balanced Scorecard—A Case Study of SF ExpressJingxiao Luo

摘要: 随着互联网经济的蓬勃兴起，我国网络购物市场迅猛发展，极大促进了快递行业的繁荣。平衡计分卡，这一先进的战略管理工具，通过在传统绩效评价体系中引入非财务指标，成功实现了企业战略与业绩的紧密结合。本研究聚焦于顺丰公司，运用平衡计分卡方法，从财务绩效、客户满意度、内部流程优化以及学习与发展四个关键维度进行全面评估。同时，结合物流企业的实际运营情况，提出了一系列有针对性的改进策略，旨在为平衡计分卡在国内物流行业的广泛应用提供经验和参考。

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the Internet economy, China’s online shopping market has developed rapidly, greatly promoting the prosperity of the express delivery industry. The Balanced Scorecard, an advanced strategic management tool, has successfully achieved a close integration of corporate strategy and performance by introducing non-financial indicators into the traditional performance evaluation system. This study focuses on SF Express and applies the Balanced Scorecard method to conduct a comprehensive assessment from four key dimensions: financial performance, customer satisfaction, internal process optimization, and learning and development. Meanwhile, combined with the actual operation of logistics enterprises, a series of targeted improvement strategies are proposed, aiming to provide experience and reference for the wide application of the Balanced Scorecard in the domestic logistics industry.
